A selection of hotels in Santorini in special rates will be available soon for the AMPELOS 2017 Symposium Participants.

We have negotiated special rates with all the hotels. However, taking into consideration the current situation regarding the numerous online hotels booking systems worldwide, it is not possible to guarantee that there will not appear a special discounted rate under certain conditions on any of the proposed hotels.

What we can guarantee to the participants who make their hotel booking through Heliotopos and our on line Booking Form is that:

– Your reservation will be always guaranteed!

– If you choose among our hotels, your hotel will be close to a meeting point from which there will be organized transportation to/from social events etc.

In case the hotel of your choice is fully booked we will inform you on the alternative options. Full prepayment is essential to have your booking confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation/Cancellation/Refund Policy for Accommodation
Full prepayment is essential in order to have your accommodation confirmed.  A total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of 15% of the total amount, for cancellations made in writing before 10 April 2017. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 11 April 2017.

Transfer of Accommodation
All fully paid Accommodations are transferable to other persons from the same organization. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to Heliotopos. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.

Insurance and liability:
Accommodation amounts do not include insurance of any kind. It is highly recommended that all participants carry an adequate travel and health insurance, as Heliotopos cannot accept any liability for accidents, illnesses or injuries that may occur at or during the conference or the tours and social events that are held in connection with the conference.
