CALL FOR PAPERS
AMPELOS 2017 organizers welcome abstracts for oral papers and/or posters that cover the conference topics.
All abstracts should be in the English or in the Greek language. Simultaneous interpretation to/from english/greek will be provided.
Please submit an abstract (200-300 words in .doc format) of your contribution as soon as possible. Abstracts should include the following:
The abstract submission is made via e mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The organizing committee will make every effort to notify authors as soon as possible.
An accepted paper will be included in the program and the conference proceedings only if one of the authors is registered to the conference. Each paper should correspond to a separate registration fee and the organizers reserve the right to exclude papers for which a separate registration is not paid. Each registration corresponds to the participation of one participant in the conference.
If extenuating circumstances prevent the author from making the presentation, it is the author’s moral obligation to find an alternative presenter and to notify the organizers.

-Full paper submission: 25 September 2017
The authors will be notified about acceptance of their paper the soonest possible.
The abstract submission deadline has expired! Limited number of presentation proposals can still be accepted. If interested please contact the secretariat at email@example.com
Each speaker is allotted 15 minutes.
Posters will be exposed throughout the conference. Maximum size 70×100 cm, portrait orientation.
You have to print it out on paper (before the conference), bring it along and attach it on the poster board that will be assigned to you (Assistance and material for mounting the posters will be available).
Posters can be projected electronically (in rotation) if requested.
